At Orangetheory, our personal trainers lead you through a series of high-intensity exercises designed to raise your heart rate and build cardio and muscular strength. You'll use a combination of treadmills, rowing machines, suspension unit systems and free weights. No two workouts are the same, so every class will leave you feeling physically and mentally pumped. You can expect to burn between 500 and 1,000 calories during a 60-minute interval class. The calorie burn can continue for up to 36 hours after your class.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
